The 2025 Powassan Maple Syrup Festival will be held on April 26, 2025
Vendor forms can be found under the Vendor tab. PLEASE note that indoor space is very limited. We will be determining which vendors will be accepted for Indoor spaces based upon the products they will be selling. INDOOR Vendors will receive notification of whether their INDOOR application has been accepted by the end of January.
ALL VENDORS – do not send payment until we have confirmed your attendance.

Pet owners – please note that ONLY service dogs are
permitted in Municipal buildings and, given the huge number of people present at the Festival we’d appreciate if your furry family members don’t attend.
